Columbia Entrepreneurs Organization (CEO) and Columbia Organization for Rising Entrepreneurs (CORE), in collaboration with Columbia University Center for Career Education (CCE), are delighted to bring one of the biggest names in entrepreneurship to campus. Jack Dorsey is the creator, co-founder, and chairman of Twitter, and the co-founder and CEO of Square. Square enables anyone to accept credit cards and run their business on their smartphone or tablet making commerce easy for everyone.
Mr. Dorsey will be introduced by Mary C. Boyce, newly-appointed dean of Engineering and Morris A. and Alma Schapiro Professor at Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science. James J. Valentini, dean of Columbia College and vice president for Undergraduate Education will join Mr. Dorsey on stage to moderate questions from the audience.
