CONNECT provides a structured program that links your company to talent, research, and innovation at Columbia in one of the most efficient ways to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. With a focus on talent acquisition and/or recruiting, CONNECT provides multiple ways to thoughtfully engage with data science and AI students.

The structure of this program includes Capstone sponsorship for a team of Master's of Data Science (MSDS) students, who work on a real problem your organization is facing and present novel approaches with innovative solutions. 

Through direct access to top students, regular research updates, and faculty-led webinars, your team gains fresh perspectives and early insight into emerging breakthroughs. Engagement with recent spinouts and startups opens the door to new technologies and partnership opportunities. CONNECT member companies are invited to join the founding advisory board for the DSI Industry Catalyst Network, positioning your company as a strategic voice shaping collaborations with the University.
