Join us for a discussion on "Massively Better Healthcare: The Innovator’s Guide to Tackling Healthcare’s Biggest Challenges" by Halle Tecco.

Join us for a virtual fireside chat on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 12:45 PM ET with Halle Tecco, MBA, MPH, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Business at Columbia Business School, to discuss her new book Massively Better Healthcare: The Innovator’s Guide to Tackling Healthcare’s Biggest Challenges (Columbia University Press). Drawing on her experience as the founder of Rock Health, an investor in more than 50 digital health companies, and a decade of teaching digital health investing at Columbia Business School, Professor Tecco offers a practical roadmap for healthcare innovation. Why is healthcare so hard, and how can leaders use that complexity to their advantage? Who really holds power in healthcare, and how can innovators bend the system without being broken by it? Professor Tecco will share lessons, case studies, and frameworks for earning trust, balancing purpose and profit, and creating lasting change.

This event will be moderated by Carri Chan, PhD, Cain Brothers and Company Professor of Healthcare Management, and Faculty Director of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management Program at Columbia Business School.

This event is part of the new AI+ Series by Columbia Business School's AI in Business Initiative, with the inaugural focus on healthcare and examining how AI is shaping healthcare innovation, policy, and delivery.

This event will be virtual. Registration is required to join the event. After registering, you will receive a confirmation and Zoom link for attendees closer to the event.
